Chris Osvai founded Osvai Architectural Consulting and Design in 2012 with the intent to offer clients full turnkey service to their design projects.  Specializing in high-end retail and residential design, the firm assists clients in all aspects of their project from assessing real estate opportunities to concept design, project management and execution.

Chris Osvai honed his eye for design while working for the iconic William “Bill” Sofield of Studio Sofield for whom he worked with top tier clients including Tom Ford, Harry Winston, Grand Life Hotels and The Brodsky Organization developing market lead design concepts.  He combines his passion for the fine and decorative arts along with a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process to give his clients the best design, value and timing for their projects.

Osvai Architectural Consulting and Design has worked with The Webster Miami and its CEO and founder Laure Heriard Dubreuil since 2012 to develop and design their stores. Completed projects include The Webster at The Bal Harbour Shops and Sawgrass Mills, with future projects in Houston and New York in development.
